Deep Writing Sessions are for those moments when something inside you feels unspoken.
Instead of analyzing your feelings, we approach them through metaphor, image, and poetic language. Writing becomes a way to gently enter what is difficult, confusing, or ready to shift.
In this space, you are not being fixed. You are being listened to — by yourself, through language. You do not need to be a “poet.” The focus is not on performance or critique, but on presence, honesty, and creative exploration.
The class is not clinical therapy, but a reflective practice that can support self-understanding, emotional release, and personal insight.
Each session includes:
Light warm-up writing exercises to activate awareness
Guided prompts to help you unravel and connect with your inner and outer life
Diving into one personally selected prompt that engages emotion and memory
Developing a main poem to unpack and process a single topic deeply
Optional sharing and reflection
